London Social Work for Children (LSWC) aims to showcase the employment and professional development opportunities in children's social work across all of London's 33 Councils.
An initiative for both practicing and prospective children's social workers, LSWC is delivered by London Innovation and Improvement Alliance (LIIA), which is the Association of London Directors of Children’s Services (ALDCS) sector-led improvement partnership.

By registering with LSWC, you can stay up to date with job opportunities that are tailored to you and your career goals.
The development of LSWC is supported by London's 33 Councils as part of a collaborative effort to recruit, retain, support and develop children's social workers. The platform was co-produced with a diverse range of social work stakeholders from across London's councils and teaching partnerships.
We are proud to be supported by many partners, with particular mention to Local Government Association (LGA) and the Department for Education (DfE) for funding the initial stages of the project.
