This is a pivotal leadership role for someone passionate about improving life outcomes for children and young people in care. The Registered Manager will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and regulatory leadership of a newly established children's residential home, overseeing the development and implementation of care policies whilst ensuring compliance with Ofsted and statutory regulations.
This role sits within the Children's Safeguarding and Specialist Services team, which is dedicated to protecting and promoting the welfare of vulnerable children and young people. The team plays a vital role in delivering statutory care and safeguarding responsibilities, ensuring compliance with national regulations and Ofsted standards, and creating tailored care plans that reflect each child's individual needs and aspirations.
