Brent is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new, 4-bed children's residential home dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for young people. We are seeking a passionate, experienced and qualified Registered Manager to lead this home from day one. This is more than just a role — it's an opportunity to establish operational structures, recruit and develop a team, and create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for Brent children.

As Registered Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up. You'll be responsible for creating the operational foundations that will support exceptional care delivery whilst ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver excellence – ensure high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards
  • Inspire and grow your team – lead, manage and develop staff to achieve the best outcomes

About you

  • Have proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting
  • Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrate strength in leadership with the ability to inspire others and manage multiple priorities
  • Embody values that shine through – honesty, openness, curiosity, courage and kindness
  • Show genuine commitment to improving the lives of young people
