We currently have an exciting opportunity for Senior Social Workers to join our relatively new, dedicated 24/7 Stronger families hub. Working alongside our Triage Officers and backup social workers, you will provide robust decision-making, information and advice to members of the public and professionals whether they are requesting early help, family support or have concerns in regard to the safety and welfare of a child, family or vulnerable adult out of office hours. You will work a 36-hour week as part of an OOH rota 365 days a year. A 20% shift allowance will be paid for working rotating shifts as part of this rota.

Successful candidates will:
Hold a social work qualification
Have at least 5 years post qualifying experience
Be able to evidence a commitment to your own development since qualification
Be registered with Social Work England
Previous experience working in an Out of Hours, EDT or front-line children’s social work team is also desirable
