  • Build meaningful, relationship-based practice with children and families
  • Work within a supportive locality team embedded in a defined geographical area
  • Lead and coordinate multi-agency plans that safeguard children and support families
  • Be part of our journey to becoming a fully trauma-informed service, supported by a strong and stable leadership team
  • Access regular supervision, reflective practice, and extensive professional development opportunities
