This is a unique and exciting opportunity to make a real difference for children and young people in the London Borough of Ealing. 

You will be a powerful and persuasive advocate of Ealing’s commitment to our most vulnerable children and young people.

If you come with not only a thorough understanding of delivering outstanding services to vulnerable children but also a passion and drive to improve the life chances and outcomes of all children and young people in this borough then this role might be for you.

In addition to the above we want an experienced, empathetic leader with excellent partnership skills, a deep understanding of the challenges facing children and young people. You must have the ability to mobilise action around our shared vision so that our children services  provide a good service.

About you

We are looking for an Assistant Director with a proven track record of achievement in children’s safeguarding to ensure our services develop and improve.  You will play a critical role in not only regaining our ‘Good’ Ofsted rating but instrumental in leading us to the next level to achieve an outstanding rated service.
